Dual Station Systems Thursday, August 7th 2008

When using single lever controls in dual station applications, it is necessary to isolate the two stations by the use of dual station exchangers as it is not possible to back drive single lever controls.

The system utilises a dual station unit for each engine function e.g. throttle and gear change. A selector at the main station isolates the station not in use.

The diagram shows a typical single engine installation.

The table shows the parts and quantities required for single engine or twin engine installationss
